Yes, dear customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you.
For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents


4. Do you provide warranty for the inkjet printers?

We supply 1-year(12monthes) free warranty for the electric boards. Within 1 year, if the boards have any problems, please send the defective board to us and we will repair it soon. (Printhead and consumable parts are not included.)


5. What kind of after-sale service do you have for allwin printers.

A. We have 5 experienced engineers and 1 technical online customer service to supply 18-hour online service. If you have any problems, we can solve them online via skype and WhatsApp.

B. Also, remote control service via the software Team Viewer is provided for the customer to install the software and adjust the program.

C. At the first time, free training course will be provided to assist customers on installation and maintenance of the printer. If customer needs, we can send our engineers abroad to provide service such as machine setup and repairing. Also free training for your staff is provided. (Customer have to pay the visa fees, air ticket, accommodation and food for our engineer. USD 100 per day will be charged for onsite service.)
